System Design and Performance

One of the major advantages that EVA offers is that we supply the major components for the systems we design.  If there is a problem - we resolve it.     

If a customer buys a motor from one company, a controller from another, and a charger from another company; then the individual is responsible for making all the parts work as a system.  The parts may not be compatible or worse yet they may not be capable of meeting the performance required.  We have repeatedly helped customers who thought they had found a bargain elsewhere only to find that the bargain became wasted money.  

Our purpose is to serve our customers.  We provide engineering calculations based on the performance desired.  Then we provide a system by system, component by component quotation.  There is no bundling of components.  We provide an Installation Notebook, DVD, schematics and manufacturer’s instructions with our systems.  If there is a question, we encourage people to call or email us.  If the vehicle does not meet performance required, we help identify where the problem is.  It may be that the person is operating in the wrong gear, has brakes dragging, or is using 90 wt gear oil.  In another case, we have identified that the ground up vehicle had insufficient gear reduction.

Many of the manufacturers we represent send us customers, knowing that we will meet their needs.  We help industrial customers move through the prototype phase into production in minimal time.

Our customers recommend us to others.  That is the highest compliment.  EVA rarely advertises.  Past customers, manufacturers and customer recommendations keep growing our business.  During the summer of 2008, EVA grew at 25% per month.  EVA was one of the few companies that was able to keep up with demand.
